What happens to your information when you visit this site or write to me.

This is a personal game-development website. There are no visitor accounts, newsletter subscriptions, purchases, advertising trackers or analytics installed in the website code. The contact form uses FormSubmit to forward messages to studio@lukas222.com without requiring your email address. You can also contact me by email.

Who is responsible

Honza Lukášek, operating under the name LUKAS 222, is responsible for the personal data handled for this website. Contact: studio@lukas222.com. This is currently a personal presentation, rather than an online shop.

What information is processed

When you submit the form, your message, selected topic and optional name are sent to FormSubmit (Devro LABS) for forwarding to studio@lukas222.com. Your email address is not required. Submitting involves technical information, such as an IP address, request time, browser information and the website origin. The website makes no FormSubmit request before you submit. If you email me, I receive your email address, message, any name or other information you choose to include, and the date of the correspondence. Only share information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data.

Visiting a website also involves technical information, such as an IP address, request time, requested page and browser or device information. The hosting and security providers can process this information to serve pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults. The website has no visitor database or analytics dashboard operated by me.

Providing information in a message is voluntary, not a statutory or contractual obligation. Without a message I cannot handle your enquiry; without contact details I cannot reply to you.

Why it is used

Messages are used to handle questions, consider game suggestions and feedback, and continue a conversation you initiate. Necessary technical information is used to operate and protect the website. The legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: communicating with people interested in my games, understanding their feedback and maintaining a functioning, secure website.

I do not use correspondence for a mailing list, sell personal data, or publish your message or name without a separate basis. There is no automated decision-making or visitor profiling in the website application.

Who helps run the site

The website's hosting does not guarantee storage solely within the EU. OpenAI's Sites Data Processing Addendum provides for transfers of EEA data outside the EEA using standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. The safeguards and how to obtain relevant information are described in that addendum; you can also contact me with questions.

FormSubmit (Devro LABS) forwards form messages and, according to its documentation, retains submissions in an archive for 30 days. See its privacy information. Those documents do not specify an EU-only processing location or a particular safeguard for transfers outside the EEA; I do not guarantee EU-only processing by this service. You can use direct email instead of the form.

How long information is kept

Correspondence is kept while an enquiry or related conversation is being handled and while it is reasonably needed for relevant follow-up. Personal information is deleted when that purpose ends. Ideas may remain in game-development notes after identifying details are removed. A message may need to be kept longer to comply with a legal obligation or deal with a specific dispute, only for as long as that reason applies.

FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. Copies forwarded to the mailbox follow the correspondence retention criteria above. This website application does not maintain a separate message database.

Technical information held by hosting or security providers follows their service terms and operational or security retention requirements. It is not used by me to build individual visitor profiles. Information about provider processing is available through the documents above or by contacting me.

Your rights

Where the GDPR conditions are met, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the GDPR conditions for that right are met; it does not automatically apply to all correspondence.

Send a request to studio@lukas222.com. I will respond within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by GDPR. If a message contains no identifying information, please provide enough detail to locate it; there is no need to send unnecessary identification documents.

You can lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), or another competent supervisory authority.
